| No Use of Asphalt Tanker |
CS-PHALT is a solid pellet binder and you don’t need to use a special tanker. It is convenient and effective to use CS-PHALT in the case you have a difficulty to arrange for an asphalt tanker because of a paving work in an emergency and in the busy season of paving works. It is also convenient and effective to use CS-PHALT for a small scale paving work which makes a transportation cost relatively expensive.
| No Dust Emission |
CS-PHALT, a pellet binder mixed with pigments doesn’t make powder dust when you charge it into a mixer, which provides field-workers with clean working conditions.
| Decrease of Washing Frequency |
CS-PHALT, a solid binder doesn’t need a measuring process which is required for the general process using a liquid asphalt, so you will decrease washing frequency of mixer than a liquid asphalt.

You have ever charged binder and pigment separately into a mixer, but from now you will charge only CS-PHALT into a mixer, which enables a labor saving.
| Superior in Weather Resistance and Color Fade-Out Resistance |
Our original binder, CS-PHALT has a superior weather resistance and our own test shows that it has little changes with time in fragility, wrinkle and gloss compared to others. In addition, we are using Toda Color products as mixed pigments which have been used for many years as color paving materials, so any pigment color including yellow has a high quality such as in heat resistance, weather resistance and coloring.
| CS-PHALT is Applicable to Any Types of Pavement |
CS-PHALT is applicable to any types of color pavement from footpath to heavy traffic.
It is also applicable to a porous asphalt pavement which requires a high quality and performance.
| Variation of Colors |
We are providing four colors of CS-PHALT, i.e. yellow, red, natural and clear. Natural color binder is mildly colored in order to bring out a natural tone of aggregate, which can produce natural feeling and atmosphere just after the pavement. Clear binder is closer to transparent which can be used with other color pigments (green, blue, etc.). Furthermore, CS-PHALT is available to make various colors of pavements such as orange and brown by using different color binders together with optional percentages.
